Terraces at Park Place showcases beautiful, organic Moss Art in their newly redesigned space. And in our opinion, this is how you elevate a corporate lobby!

The Savage Way was brought in to design a Moss Art installation that would cover the expansive, white lobby. We worked with the team at Collett Capital, owners of the property, to bring biophilic design into the space. We landed on these wavy, flowing lines in various shades of green to bring life to the space. Using preserved reindeer moss, we were able to create a calming, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in the door.

Terraces at Park Place is a plaza owned and operated by Collett Capital. Collett Capital is a real estate private equity firm with over $700+ million in assets under management. The firm is focused on acquiring and developing well-located, income producing real estate assets with durable cash flows and upside potential. Learn more here. In this particular building, there is 73,000+ square feet of space with tenants like OrthoCarolina, Starbucks, Sabor Latin Street Grill, Sherwin Williams, Firehouse Subs, TLC Wings, Sprint, Pizza Hut, and more.

We love when companies decide to use green walls in their space. Biophilic design, or someone’s innate attraction to nature and living things, blends perfectly into architecture and interior design. Many modern workspaces seek to integrate biophilic design strategies into their design plans for a variety of reasons; improving employees’ quality of life, meeting sustainability goals and increasing productivity. Research has shown that humans prefer a natural environment over built, especially in a post-COVID world. By having Moss Art in a workspace, employers are promoting overall well-being.

We love the scale of this project with Collett Capital and are honored to be included in the design.
