Hygge (pronounced hoo-ga) is a coworking community in Charlotte, NC. They have been crushing the game, opening their third location in just a few years. When owner, Garrett Tichy, approached us about creating a custom Moss Art piece for their original location on 809 W. Hill Street, the decision was well, easy.
This piece was a large install. It was a total of 16 circles in a variety of sizes, along with a 36″ moss rendition of Hygge’s signature tagline, “easy.” on a brand specific yellow painted wall that measured 63″ x 74″.

#thesavageway Moss Art for AAA Carolinas. 100% real plants, naturally preserved.
We were recently contracted by AAA Carolinas to create a custom Moss Art sign for their main conference room at 6600 AAA Dr. Charlotte, NC (AAA Headquarters).
This intricate logo design is the perfect green addition to an otherwise traditional meeting space. The piece measured 4’ in width and looks great centered on the wall. We partnered with our local woodworker, Wooden Fox, to get the logo cut.
Our moss is made from 100% real plants that have been naturally preserved so there is no maintenance required. Imagine that – no watering, no fertilizer, no sunlight required. Simply hang your Moss Art on the wall and enjoy nature’s beauty (without the green thumb required)

Ally Financial Ordered a Custom Moss Art piece by #thesavageway.

Ally Financial wanted to bring an eco-friendly, natural element into their Charlotte, NC Ballantyne office. Through some great connections, we were able to create a custom Moss Art piece of the Ally logo to be prominently displayed in the lobby area.
Moss Art is a creation of #thesavageway and one of our natural service lines. We use preserved moss to create unique, handmade works of art for both corporate and residential clients. This piece is four feet wide on a wood backing.
We are able to work with clients who are looking to stand out with their signage, who want something “green” or natural for their décor and who are looking to practice their corporate social responsibility as a company.
