Multiple Moss Art Walls for Bank of America

Multiple Moss Art Walls for Bank of America

We had the pleasure of creating four Moss Art Walls for Bank of America Corporate Center in Uptown Charlotte. Each wall incorporated three shades of preserved reindeer moss, creating a unique green element in this corporate office setting.

The collaboration for these maintenance-free plant walls came from Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, an international architecture and design firm, as well as a talented team of millworkers at Onsite Woodwork Corporation. The four moss art walls had to be able to uniquely stand on their own and at the same time create a cohesive look across the Bank of America floor. We are obsessed with how these dimensional walls turned out.

This Moss Art is called “The Park” and it requires no-maintenance.

The fourth Moss Art Wall for BofA is called Courtyard.

The use of biophilic design in the office setting not only is aesthetically pleasing, but it brings a calm element to workers. Biophilic Design is a concept used within the building industry to increase occupant connectivity to the natural environment through the use of direct nature, indirect nature, and space and place conditions. Our Moss Art is the perfect way to bring this concept to life. The beauty of our work is that it brings that natural element inside without all of the hassle. Our moss requires no water source, no sunlight and no expensive ongoing maintenance. Just hang it and enjoy!

These four Moss Art Walls, named The Plaza, Greenway, Park and Courtyard, had some varying levels of moss to showcase dimension in the design. Our green plant walls were part of a larger renovation for the Bank of America Corporate Executive Suite. This work can be found in Charlotte, NC.

Clean Graffiti for The Rolling Stones

Clean Graffiti for The Rolling Stones

Who is one of the biggest rock bands of all time? The Rolling Stones definitely make the top of the list, and we just had the opportunity to do Clean Graffiti for them in Charlotte, NC. (Yeah.. the freaking Rolling Stones!)

We were contacted by the team at the Carolina Panthers to pull off a quick reverse graffiti campaign to help promote the announcement of a huge concert at Bank of America stadium. The goal, along with their other marketing tactics, was to tease the fact that the Rolling Stones were going back on tour. In several places around the city, including Clean Graffiti on the sidewalk, the famous Stones “mouth” appeared with phrases that hinted at a concert announcement. These “tease and reveals” also happened across the country where Mick Jagger and the Stones will soon play to sold out arenas.

This Clean Graffiti message was simple, on brand, and the PERFECT teaser to get the masses curious about what the Rolling Stones might be up to. We put our pressure washed images across popular walking areas including Uptown, South End, NoDa and Plaza Midwood. It has been fun to see passersby post the images to their Instagram stories and get excited for the concert.

This was such a beautiful use of our eco-friendly medium. Since the Rolling Stones are so iconic and everyone associates the “mouth” with this band, the stencil could be kept clean and simple. No words, no call to action – just a teaser that also acts as brand awareness. And to utilize the sidewalks where potential concert-goers are walking everyday is the perfect new way to reach their audience.

The concert is scheduled for July 1, 2020 at Bank of America Stadium. Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Friday, Feb. 14. More information can be found at rollingstones.com.

At #thesavageway, we are proud to work with ALL of our clients. They see the value in doing something different and are not afraid to push the line when it comes to their marketing. However, this campaign in particular is pretty high up on the list of favorite campaigns. The Rolling Stones, one of the biggest rock bands to ever grace this earth, used Clean Graffiti to promote their concert. (mind blown!). It is a great reminder to us that anything is possible and to keep reaching for the moon when it comes to our business.

Clean Graffiti Tour for Diet Coke

Clean Graffiti Tour for Diet Coke

We recently returned from a four-city Clean Graffiti tour on behalf of Diet Coke and Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. We were busy putting down our eco-friendly outdoor advertising medium in Baltimore, MD, Memphis, TN, Greensboro, NC and Charlotte, NC.

Coca-Cola Consolidated used Clean Graffiti to spread brand awareness.

In these four cities we helped with brand awareness surrounding the Diet Coke brand. The message went down in popular neighborhoods, on highly traffic foot paths, near grocery stores, convenience stores and gas stations. Basically anywhere you can purchase a Coke product.

Memphis, TN saw its first Clean Graffiti by #thesavageway. We loved helping to spread some brand awareness for Diet Coke.

Clean Graffiti (aka eco-friendly street art) in Baltimore, MD.

Coca-Cola chose to use some of their marketing dollars in a green and sustainable way – and we’re definitely here for that! Clean Graffiti is created using a specialized stencil and a pressure washer. That’s it….. it’s just water. We love when huge corporations see the value in our outdoor advertising medium. Not only does it help elevate the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility, but it also shows innovation and creativity to use dirt as an asset.

We are excited to continue to work with brands that understand that there are different media options out there. Our Clean Graffiti lets you directly target where your audience is walking every single day – the sidewalk. It is a subtle, unexpected message that can bring a smile to your customers face.
